Interrogation report, where to look and find?

As I stated in another post, where should I look for the interrogations of my grandfather? He was captured 26th march 1945 in Germersheim by the Americans. I did assume he stayed a few days in the Lazarett of Germersheim, but he was moved to a POW-camp. I think (not sure about it) he was interrogated by the Americans after he was captured.

Where should I look for his record? Anyone an idea?

Alex: His interrogation records would probably be found at the US National Archives with the records of the Division, Regiment, Battalion, etc. which captured him. I will try to see which US units were in Germersheim at that time. Best wishes.

Alex: It appears that the 19th Armored Infantry Battalion of the US 14th Armored Division took Germersheim about the time your grandfather was taken prisoner. Best wishes.
