Anyone out there have a copy of this game?

Here's my problem. I picked up a copy of this game some years ago on E-bay. Unfortunately, it didn't come with a rulebook, and the seller refused to deal with the situation accordingly. End result, I have a complete game, sans rulebook.

Would someone be willing to scan a copy of the rules for me? This would be GREATLY appreciated.

Yes, I have a copy of the game.

I bought it in 1970s (I think) because it includes the planned air assault on Malta, where my mother was throughout the war.
