Can someone educate me on what Untersturm Fuhrer and Obersturm Fuhere means.Thanks

Originally, a Sturmführer was a company grade officer in the SA and SS.
After those organizations were reorganized, two new grades were designated with Untersturmführer being equivalent to a Leutnant (= 2LT) and Obersturmführer being equivalent to an Oberleutnant (=1LT). So, without trying to be too literal, these were the 'under' and 'over' lieutenant grades.
