Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be on the ground during a raid by a group of B-17's?
On November 2, 1942 Werner Mork was sitting in his supply truck in Tobruk harbor waiting to take on a load of supplies being unloaded from the ships docked there.
Suddenly the harbor erupted into an inferno of explosions, fire and shrapnel.
Mr. Mork has given us a striking account of what it was like to survive such an attack and the gruesome aftermath.
