Hello,
I only know the poststamps from quality photos but, no matter how long I look at them, I cannot tell the difference between the Kurland 4A and 4B!

The difference has to do with the stamps being perforate or rouletted. When next you look at examples of these issues look at the border of stamp. There is a clear difference between a perforate edge and a rouletted edge.
