The second part is almost illegible, but the first part says "vormarsch rar kam", meaning "advance rarely comes".

The three names seem to apply to the 3 men in the background. The first word seems to be Chef, seems to be something+"hef" and the only word I can think of for that is Chef which may refer to the guy on the left.
the second looks like Katadzig ( but not sure about "t" and 2nd "a")
the third looks like Großrock

There seems to have been a guy called Alfred Großrock in wiking

Tigre,

I don't think the second name ends in zug because he has a very distinctive way of writing a letter "u" as can be seen in the word Kaukasus with the line above the "u", whereas its a dot in that name. I don't think now that the name I thought it was is correct I couldn't find anybody with the name Katadzig. Looking at the way he wrote the letter "K" in Kaukasus I'm wondering if the second name begins with a "K" at all, it's very different, although it certinly looks like a modern day "K".

I read it
"Vormarsch Kaukasus
Chef, Kaladzig, Groß-
rock
1942"

Maybe the first line was written before the 3 lower lines, or by someone else, as for me it seems
the handwriting of the lower lines is another than of the first line.

Großrock is a surname and refers to Obersturmführer Alfred Großrock - RKT

I found it out: Chef is Johannes Mühlenkamp (leader SS-Pz.Abt. 5), Großrock is Großrock. And the third name must be Kolotschi or Kolotzi, which too had been a platoonleader at this time.
Cheers
