Today I have bought two new photo albums.

The first album is a wedding album with approximatly 40/50 photo's of the wedding of Günter Werner Schmidt and Annelene Leidler, 10th of April,1943 in Antwerpen, Belgium.
I don't have more information about Günter Werner Schmidt but more information is allways welcome.
I shall post some pictures from the album.

The medals he wears are the Flotten-Kriegsabzeichen, Kriegsabzeichen für Minensuch-U-Boat-Jagd, und Sicherungsverbände, and the Eisernes Kreuz I. and a ribbon for the II. Klasse I believe. (forgive me if I am wrong.)

The second album is from a Kriegsmarine soldier who was on the Gork Fock and the Schlesien.

The Gork Fock photo's are dated around 1938, and the Schlesien photo's are dated September 1939, and if I read it correctly the ship had something to do with the invasion of Poland, or am I wrong?

(Sorry for the wrong order of the Attachments, it starts the wrong way but I can't help that. )

If anything the one on the right is SS. The one on the left is Luftwaffe
