Wehrbezirkskommando Amberg is just the military district recruiting office where he registered for military service. The definition of Landsturm II is 'Untrained, territorial, replacement reserves, aged over 45'. The stamp Arbeitsverwendungsfähig just indictaes that he was suitable for labour work. He didn't see any military service in WW2 according to the Wehrpass.
