what regiment
when i researched a polish relatives past i uncovered this document.Can anyone help me find out what regiment he served with and where in italy he may have been captured.

I can't be entirely sure, but it looks like Sturm Kompanie, Grenadier Ersatz und Ausbildungs Batallion 397.
I could read most of what was hand-written, but couldn't make out what was printed on the form. It's a start, though, eh?

It may be Stamm instead of Sturm.
