Hi, can anyone tell me what sost of book this is? and what do the words say? I thought some sort of bank book maybe. Cheers Troy.

Hello Buzz,
this is an inspection certificate for a parachute.
When a parachute is packed in its bag, the packer and/or the checker has to confirm the control of the parachute in this certificate.
I think, that every parachute has such a certificate.
