What this place needs is an approval system where new members are required approval by the mods before they are let loose upon the general forum. Spammers are the poisonous vine weed to any forum.

Will the last person out please lock the door? I fear Feldgrau is in it's death throes. If it's being choked with Spammers then there is little to stay around for. A great pity that Jason Pipes site should end this way.

No I realise it's Jim (jpollar) who is the admin now. But it was originally Jason who was largely responsible for this fine body of work. It is a pity it all appears to be going the way of all flesh.

Hello Simon:
As you know these sites are only as good as the members who inhabit them. There has to be people to ask questions and more experienced members to answer them. And a "thank you" to those who help should be mandatory. You and Prosper and Tigre, to name a few are keeping things going; we appreciate that. We are facing a spam invasion, which few sites are immune from, and working hard to fix the problem, so bear with us. Best wishes,
Moderator John!!

Thanks for your answer John, you'r right, each forum knows spam, but there is only one way to resolve that problem. Bannishing the members who are spamming!!!
