Hello.

I don't know if this is right forum to post this, but here is a plea for help.

I am trying to compile a listing of EVERY allied tank sent to the Middle East during ww2 or at least till May 1943.

I already have some info from the UK Official History (Playfair), some articles from Military Modelling (Peter Brown) and Tank Combat in North Africa (Thomas Jentz). Numerous other books will be used trying to fill the various gaps and contradictory information.

I will post soon the basic info i have (essentially numbers by model and month), but any info is welcome such as convoy codes and dates, port of arrival etc.

I welcome any information you have and pointers to books, sites, etc.

My proposed listing is coming around slowly real world problems have got in my way, and i'm having more problems reconciling different sources.
I expect to have a preliminary version to the end of 1941, posted by the end of this week.
