Hello. I would like to ask about some information regarding the above formations. I know that they were part of the US Army Organised Reserves just prior to WWII, but I do not know their order of battle. I know that it was all largely paper formations, with a small officer cadre. Even so I would like to know if anyone has any input. All help gratefully received.
Thanks in adavance.

Hello Eisernekreuz:
The following page has information on each of the 61-66 Cavalry Divisions: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Army_Cavalry If you follow the article down a ways, there are links to each of the divisions with a general organization. Best wishes.

Re: US 61st -66th Cavalry Divisions WWII
Thank you sir for that link information. I have only recently got online and have been going through my old print offs of WWII info and that was one of the mysteries I had. I did have the 21st to 24th National Guard Cavalry Divisions but the links on the site you sent me to also had some additional data. Once again thank you very much. Another piece of the jigsaw puzzle in place.
