The Black Watch

Post by Le Paradis »

There was a query on another thread about this Scottish regiment.

It seemed that it would be buried there and lost and perhaps it would be easier for others to find if appropriately labelled and placed in this section of the forum.

Can you provide some info on the Scottish Black Watch Regiment? Don't know too much about the history of this unit or their current role in the UK's army, and am not finding any good leads on Yahoo.com

Thanks,

Mike G.

the official website of the Black Watch is at

Of course, if you want to find out about the oldest and most senior regiment in the British Army, then check out the Royal Scots website at

You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.

The Black Watch are going to the Gulf as part of the 7th Armoured Brigade.
No secret.
