DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF THERE WERE ANY AMERICAN UNITS IN HUNGARY , ROMANIA , OR SERBIA IN WORLD WAR TWO .

Aside from individual Allied liason offices (British and/or American?) with Tito in Jugoslavia, the only American involvment (technically) that springs to mind would be the Army Airforce bombing the Ploesti oilfields in Rumunia.
