Do we have any Latvians here? I am having a question or two about Latvians in the French Army in WW2, especially in Indochina. I have been told that a book has been published about them some time ago in Latvia. Anyone could help me on this?

There have been several books about Latvians in the French Foreign Legion by ex-legionaire Bruno Plume "Latviesi arzemnieku legiona" ("Latvians in the Foreign Legion")1996 ISBN 9984-01-021-X and "Arzemnieku legions un latviesi" ("The Foreign legion and latvians")2004 ISBN 9984-19-542-1(I havn't read the second book, don't know how much it is related to the first, or maybe a reworked reprint?), but the vast majority of Latvians served in the foreign legion immediately after WWII, not during ...
