Two Questions regarding Cufftitles and Collar Patches

Hello Everyone,

I recently purchased a few reproduction items for a good deal and was wondering just how good of a repro they were. My own research found that the two pieces were not bad and there I do believe that I had a good deal (EM Luftwaffe Mantel - $40.00 US, & EM Heer M36 Tunic - $45.00 US)

The Luftwaffe Mantel has Shoulder Boards attached to it however there are no Collars Tabs or a Breast Eagle. Is a Mantel with only Shoulder Boards fine or are the other two items required to be 'authentic looking'?

Secondly the M36 tunic came with a white lettered Afrika cufftitle that the seller threw in. This Cufftitle does not have the two palms on both sides. Does this cufftitle work as a repro or is it totally junk?
