ID'ing a medal/badge

Can anyone help me ID a medal I have? I have pictures I could post or send. It is an eagle holding a swastika enclosed in a wreath, pin on the back as well as a small hook type device. Is this just a tunic eagle?

It sounds like a chest eagle for a summer white tunic.

I would love to see some clear front and back photos though.

That does appear to be a summer tunic chest eagle.

It is a summer or mess tunic officer's breast eagle. This were not worn on caps...
