Unknown Uniform ?

Please help to identify this early uniform, and the rank of this soldier, is it a Freikorps tunic...?

hi TS Allen, it's probably not a Weimar tunic, as Weimar Reichswehr tunic had more buttons. This soldier, judging by the armband and the (perhaps) M40 tunic, could be from the Legion Speer construction troops or RAD troops. Also judging by his unseen un- Heer like collar tabs he could be a foreigner in those contruction units.

Sorry Helmut,

this is 100% not a FAD (Freiwilliger Arbeitsdienst) or a RAD (Reichsarbeitsdienst) Tunic/Uniform.

The collar patch does not match the Arbeitsdienst Tunics.

I'm wondering if it's from a movie. Looks like the guy might have some sort of make-up too.
