National Scholar Hotel, Copenhagen

The National Scholar(sp) was an hotel located in Copenhagen during and after WWII. Can anyone tell me where in Copenhagen it was located or anything else about it?? Thank You.

You are probably looking for "Scala" - there's a bit here; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Scala (I know, it's wikipedia, but on this occasion it doesn't seem wrong, hehe...)

Thank you Mikkel: My father stayed at The National Scala after WWII, on leave from the US Army. It looks like it was an interesting place in its day; sorry to hear it is gone. Thanks again.
