Hello fellow forum members, I'd just like everyone to check out this link here:

And tell me what you think.
I think it goes without saying that you're feeling as outraged as I am, my question is - what do you do with a f****ng SOB like that? Do you
1. Crucify him and watch him die slowly?
2. Throw him in a lion cage after starving the animals for a few days?
3. Throw him off the CN Tower in Toronto without blindfolds?
I mean, is anything good enough for a piece of filth like that?

Imad,

There is an appropriate punishment for his sort - put him in a cell at Ricker's Island in NYC. And, since that's where the crime took place, that's exactly what will happen once they find him. Actually, since they haven't found him as yet, it may already have been taken care of. Murderous bastards in my fair city do have a fine sense of honor after all.

25 year for beating a elderly????

That's extreme...here in Holland are cases where old ladies got mugged and raped in her own appartment ,and the offender did not even come close to 25 years!!!! this though happend several times, usually the offender gets TBS that means jail in a psychiatric kind of hospital , but no 25 years for just beating....

beating

Hi Panzerschreck
Wait till this happens to one of YOUR loved ones, and see if you then still think 25 years is extreme.
And "here in Holland". . . . . ?????? of course not, it is now full of bleeding hearts and doogooders, and God forbid one should think bad about a poor misguided soul, who feels the need to rob an old woman.
As Willem van Oranje said: "Mon Dieu, ayez pitiƩ de moi et de ma pouvre peuple". (my God have pity on me and my poor people).
Oh well,
HN

Hi Haen,, all ment rather sarcastically, to many times i read or heard about elderlies getting robbed and even worse in their own retirement homes, but no never a 25 year punishment, unless it's murder , usually TBS is given ,and in theory most of them do 3/4 of their time in statistics before they are let out in the open again.

And therein lies the problem, IMHO. Someone who commits a crime like this should be made to suffer dearly! There's no call for this, absolutely no possible justification! So, if there's no deterrent, *ssholes will continue to commit these crimes with impunity!

Anyone whom hurts young children, old people and animals
deserve much worse than 25 years in jail.

I would like to say but it may seem harsh to some.

...I'd hope ONLY to those who would hurt young children, old people and animals! :?

Its one of those things that normal folks shouldn't even need to feel is too harsh...

But something is already pretty damn wrong if we have to wonder if the punishment is too harsh - it's stopping the crime we need to be thinking about.

You can teach and preach all you want but some people I believe are
inherently bad and an harsh deterent may prevent some of
the crime against children, old people and animals.
These cowards only think about themselves so maybe we should
make them realize that if you do these crimes then you may
pay a personal and hopefully physical consequence.

Stopping crime? That would be utopiah but totally unrealistic
in this world.
