Query: Edvard Andersen, Den Norske Legion

I would like to inquire if anyone has information on or has seen reference to Edvard Andersen (full name: Johan Edvard Devold Andersen).
Background: Edvard Andersen (1902-1944) joined Waffen SS/Den Norske Legion in July 1941 and (aledgedly) served on the Leningrad front untill February 1943. I do not know his rank. Before joining the SS he was a high-ranking NS (Norwegian nazi party) party member, heading the Bergen/Hordaland NS County section, which ranks him third level down from/including party boss Quisling.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
