The only book I know about the SKANDERBEG is" La division Skanderbeg : Histoire des Waffen-SS albanais des origines idéologiques aux débuts de la guerre froide"
Laurent Latruwe et Gordana Kostic ( 2004)
French text.
Available on Amazon.fr at 31,35 €
There is something too in a SIEGRUNEN by Richard Landwehr, but I'm not at home to give the issue number.
