Roma

Post by John Kilmartin »

During conscription did any of Germany's allies segregate Roma into seperate units or were they evenly dispersed in their military with only the general distinction of lower participation in government schooling being a determing factor eg if they had never attended a school teaching higher mathematics they would not have been able to become flying officers.

The Romanians and Slovaks segregated them and used them for Labour Units.

Thanks Alan.
Does anyone know what the policy of Italy and Hungary was?
Cheers,
