Opa: thank you for the link- http://www.reflex.cz/Clanek5803.html. I managed to read this Czech language site with a very rough if not mangled translation using Google. I can only hope that someone, out there in Feldgrauland, with a good grasp of Czech to English skills, can make better sense of it.
