Best Foreign volunteer unit?

What was best FV unit in Waffen-SS??
I have to watch this topic true white and blue glasses and say
Finnisches Freiwilligen Bataillon der Waffen-SS!!
And Wiking division commander Felix Steiner said to Hitler: Mein Fuhrer, wo Finnen stehen, dort stehen ihre beste soldaten!

I have to say the Charlemagne Battalion of French volunteers under Hauptsutmrfuehrer der SS Henri Fenet in Berlin. They managed to destroy more than 60 Soviet tanks and 3 of them received the RK in those last days. However this is only the Fenet Battalion in the last days, I'm not saying about the whole 33. Waffen Grenadier Division der SS 'Charlemagne'.

I have to agreed, that battalion was good.
