Richard Igmandy (1891, Lieutenant Colonel)

It would seem that almost all of these Military figures were part of the Pro-German Government Armed Forces (according to ChatGPT). Most were tried and sentenced after the War as War Criminals. Richard Igmandy was the Minister of Defense.

Is anyone able to advise whether these citations can be verified in formal Hungarian Military records ?
