I found a table of weapons. For every row (lMG, sMG, etc.) there were five colums:


1) Waffenart 2) Ist 3) Soll 4) Fehlbestand 5) In den Parken


What does it mean?

1) Weapon Type
2) On Hand
3) Authorized
4) Understrength (difference between "On Hand" and "Authorized")
5) In Parks (In unit possession, but not with the unit)

I think it means,
1) Type of weapon
2) Disponible
3) ???
4) Deficiency or efficiency
5) disponible but in the depot (not in the unit)
