Sorry if this has been dealt with before i’ve literally just joined forum and trying to figure out how to use Feldgrau...
Anyway, question is were panzers issued with a separate MG for the AA mount? Most available data suggests that it was 2 MG per panzer ( glacis plate MG & Co-ax MG)

No they weren't issued with a third MG, they had to take one of the other two out and use that, but I'll be darned if I can remember which one !
