As it's no longer possible to edit this list, I would like to add the SdKfz 7/1 to the A/A section.

Maybe with the Mods permission, it's time to re-new this one.
Thanks. Dave.

Raul, I've never believed that this particular photograph was taken in Africa. However there was at least one SdKfz 247 in Africa with 5th Light/21 Panzer Division's Recce Bn.

I agree with Alan re- the photo not being North Africa.

I have waited a long time for confirmation of the 2477's presence, so thank you Alan!

Kind Regards,
David.
Thanks. Dave.

Hello to all :D; little more...............................

Pak 36 (r) 7.62 cm auf Panzerjäger Slf Zugkraftwagen 5 t (Sd Kfz 6) in Salerno / Amalfi.

A picture of some half-track with the aforementioned anti-tank gun (Selbstfahrlafette) intended for the Afrika Korps and ready to be loaded onto a transport ship in the port of (probably) Salerno/Amalfi in Italy. AFAIK these vehicles were in use in the Panzerjäger Abteilung 605 right?

That one was on the original list under PaK simply as "Diana". Your nomenclature is more precise!
Thanks. Dave.

Hello Raul.

That one is present in the original list as 17cm L/49.

There were three batteries, each of 3x 17cm guns. 4/149, 902 & 4/HKA 772. The latter was re-named as 362 Btr.

They operated independently and didn't come together until the formation of I Abteilung. 2 Afrika Artillerie Regiment, which is I think the Abteilung to which you refer.

Kind Regards,
David.
Thanks. Dave.
