Here you got some (from Wehrmacht Auxiliary Forces, N.Thomas et.all, ISBN 1 85532 257 9, love this book!):
Order of battle 1945:
X Niederschlesien-100-7
XI Mittelschlesien-110-6,119
XII Oberschlesien-120-7
The Roman number is the number of the Divisional District, the other numbers are the battalions. K122 (which was orginated from Oberschlesien) was part of the 9th Army and defended Rzhev in july - september 1942.
Most of them (maybe all of them) serving on the Eastern Front were drafted into the army and Air Force. (all of this, and more, on page 13 of the book)
Cheers,
Alex
