My earlier 'Post a new topic' I think should be here!
I have this pin-back two-part, quite heavy, badge, with like a silver crown set on a red coloured dial badge (about 1-1/2 inch round).
The words "Ehrenzeichen der Schwesternschaft der Reichshauptstadt" are raised around outside of badge. The reverse if stamped "C2068 LN LAUER".
To help identification I could e-mail a picture of same for identification incase my description is a bit too vague!
