Dear all,

Can somebody help me out what Organisation Todt was doing in Zeeland (the Netherlands)
around September 1942.

Hello Michael,

The Zeeland area was part of the 'Atlantikwall' (Atlantic wall) and the Organisation Todt was building bunkers there.
