Rare RAD pin ???????

Post by Reichmadel »

I collect RADwJ, but to get the items I wanted, had to takeseveral RAD items in the deal (RAD sports shirt insignia removed from shirt, RAD marching photo, and an RAD pin) Its the pin thats interesting and different.
Its party badge size, with white center, and red band around edge. It has the RAD symbol in the white center, and in the red band around the top of the badge it reads:

N.S.Arbeitsdienst

On the bottom part:

ABTLG. 4/305 Braunschweig

The back mark is:

37
GES. RAJ (over D) GESCH.

Is this a rare pin? Does the N.S. in the wording make it pre-RAD? Any info is appreciated.
