Enrollment records for the HJ

Post by dduncan2 »

Is a list of boys enrolled in the HJ in various towns from 1933-45 something one could find online? Specifically, i'm looking for the town of Hagen, where my Grandfather was enrolled around 1941-43.
Thanks

I think your best bet would be to contact the Hagen city archives, if the town has a city archives or city historical society. Most of these places do not have any records available online, and many records no longer survive or were destroyed at the end of the war.

Hi,

if it's Hagen in Westphalia, the big town on the southern rim of the Ruhr area the best address to start searching would be the 'Historisches Centrum Hagen' I think.
