Heinrich Hemmann, partymember 1265383?

I've bought an agenda (of the year 1933) of Heinrich Hemmann, partymember 1265383. He also joined the NSKK. I think it's a great thing, this agenda. But he also was a member of the D.H.V. (number 1713904).

But what was the D.H.V.? Deutsche Hilfs Verein? Was it some organisation of the NSDAP? I've seen some remarks about the NSKK and the Winterhilfe, but that's it.
