Hi Filou

Sorry many french references

the "standard" trilogy of Jean Mabire

- La brigade Frankreich
- La division Charlemagne
- Mourir à Berlin (Death in Berlin)

Yerger's divisional commander of the Waffen SS for :
- Dr Krukenberg
- Puaud
- Zimmermann
numerous articles published in :

39/45 MAGAZINE n° 12 7/86 1945 Les SS français dans les ruines de Berlin (French SS in the ruins of Berlin 1945)

Historia Hors Série 32 : l'internationale SS (half upon french Waffen SS)

Le Marec and Lambert

Les français sous le casque allemand (3 chapters upon french W SS)

I heard of a book by Richard Landwahr upon Charlemagne

FRENCH VOLUNTEERS OF THE WAFFEN-SS

Richard Landwehr
Good account of the French Waffen-SS and the “Charlemagne” Division. Well written accounts of their battles on the Eastern Front, Berlin, Bavaria and Italy. Includes some personal accounts and a very good battle memoir of the fighting for Berlin. Almost two-thirds of the French Waffen-SS died on the battlefield or in captivity. 108pp. 137 photos. 4 maps. Card covers. LARGE

when you see restrictions on ebay sites of militaria auctions where you must write Waffen XX to be allowed to sell and you couldn't access to the US site of ebay
consider such site can be created only abroad : Germany or Belgium but not from France.
Such site will be considered as ns propaganda and provider refused to hold such site.
there is many difficulties to seperate history from politics in this way.
