SS license plate REAL?

I never saw an SS license plate without a hyphen between SS and the numbers...
What do you think about this plate?

I would say it is a fantasy as this number doesn't correspond with known issue numbers.

IMHO it's a fake
There have to been an - marking between SS and the number and SS- 401059 doesn't exist.

Yes, the missing hyphen made it suspicious for me. So, there is a database of these numbers?
