SS and Police Laws

Post by Sheen »

Hello, this is my first post on the forums so I apologize if this has been addressed already. I have been looking into the military laws, codes and rules of the SS, Police and Waffen but can't seem to find too much information. I was wondering if anyone here knew of any sources or books to look into. I have find minor information on places like Wikipedia but nothing that specifically has any of the laws or codes. Thanks again, any help will be much appreciated!

Welcome to the forum Sheen,

I'm currently writing a history of the HA SS-Gericht which I hope to have finished and had comprehensively proofed by the summer of 2017.
A two part work, the book will contain a great deal of information about the Waffen-SS jurisdiction and the men assigned to this secretive organisation.

In the meantime, I'd strongly recommend purchasing a copy of Bianca Vieregge's, Die Gerichtsbarkeit einer ‘Elite’, NS Rechtsprechung am Beispiel der SS- und Polizei-Gerichtsbarkeit.

Stuart. :-)
