I would have to say post-war.
In 1940, "6.SS Gebirgs Division Nord" didn't exist. KG Nord wasn't formed until February 1941. So that date and that title tell me someone who didn't know the Division's history put it together.

It could be, however, a commemorative poster for the division? I already had strong doubts about the authenticity of the poster, so I asked for help to the forum for more details.
