According to following Polish website, this SS-Personalveränderungsblatt from 21.6.1944 continued with numbers 3c and 3d:

Mike - Yes, I have those other editions and they were published as a "Nachtrag" . However, I won't be posting and more of these promotion lists because they do not generate much discussion.
