Just in case someone has something, Mike Miller's worthy research project deserves an assist and effort if possible. Not just photos from a negative are sought. Also images taken from wartime/prewar magazines, period books, etc. can help his project. Likewise, if prewar and say a colonel, send him the image as the individual no doubt advanced in rank by the end of the war.
