Who has a complete or mostly complet history of the 83d Rgt. ? There is some scattered info; but perhaps someone has dome my homework already for me. (Edwin, I know about yours). This Rgt was spread around the Arnhem / Rijn area towards the end of the war. HN.

Have you tried "Die Grenadier Division der Waffen-SS",Teil 3, by Rolf Michaelis, 1995. He has several chapters on the 34.SS Division; including a regimental command listing of the 83rd.

Do you have the interogation reports of Helle, Neumann, Fernau, Lippert etc (War Crime Commision)?
