I have never seen a boat of this type and it is not like the standard German ASRC. Any info?

Dave, I can't offer anything specific, but in the course of doing a little research into the Kriegsmarine, I found out that just like their comrades on the ground, the Navy was no stranger to Beutewaffen! Those boats could have their provenance in any shipyard in Europe! Good luck narrowing that down!

The boat in the lower picture seems to be the same as the other one, certainly same type at any rate. From the top photo the markings on the side aren't red crosses as can be seen.
I'd go for either an ex-civilian or ex-French military craft. It may not necessarily even have belonged to the KM, if that Island was manned by a Heer unit it could well be crewed by them.
