Luftwaffe Badge ID

Any ideas what the partially hidden badge on this Luftwaffe man's left arm? I know its not the best pic, but help appreciated :)

Looks like a flak Oberfeldwebel who has seen service in the Condor Legion to me.

If this NCO is indeed with the Flakartillerie, then I think he may have belonged to Flak-Regiment 9 "Legion Condor", which was a Traditionsverband entitled to a cuffband. As for the trade qualification badge on his lower left sleeve, not enough of it is showing to venture a guess at its specific identity.
