Info needed for painting

Hello

I am preparing to create an oil painting of a Stuka dive-bombing. Would someone mind posting a picture or illustration of a Stuka pilot in full gear for me as reference? I know it varied from season to season, I'm not particular about which uniform.

In addition, this is probably difficult to find, but can someone supply a photo or rendering of the inside of a Stuka cockpit from the vantage point of near the gauges looking back and slightly up through the top of the canopy?

I request this because the painting I have in mind is of the lead Stuka pilot in a diving formation, showing the bombers behind and above him beginning their dive on his tail....does that make sense? Any help is much appreciated.
