Armeeoberkommandos Nord and Süd

Hello all

I'm looking for informations about those two staffs. I just know they were created in january 1919 (which day???).
From what were they created?
Are they becoming Gruppenkommandos on 1st october 1919? (I think The AOK Nord becomes GrKdo 3)
I know AOK Nord had the task to carry about the troops of von der Goltz in the Baltic States, what was the task of AOK Süd?
Were they other new-build staffs/organisations in january or were they the first two?
