English language books on Russian scouts in WW2

Hi all,
I am looking for English-language books on Russian recon/scout troops in WW2 which I understand that they are the best among the best Russian/Soviet forces during WW2, after the Guards Divisions, Russian Marines and paratroopers. One could say the Russian recon/scout troops in WW2 were the precursor to the famous Spetsnaz that were formed in the 1980s during the Afghanistan War.
Perhaps Russian members of the forum could help since most likely there are numerous Russian literature but in the English-speaking market, it is probably very difficult or even non-existent at all with regards to studies or references to Russian recon/scout troops of the WW2.
