Question about Veit Scherzer's Ritterkreuztrager book.
I'm doing research on Knight's Cross winners who were listed on the Honor Roll, received a Recognition Certificate, or won any version of the Close Combat Clasp. I was wondering, what additional award information does Scherzer give for each recipient. It has been really difficult finding valuable sources for this task. Thank you.

Re: Question about Veit Scherzer's Ritterkreuztrager book.
Hello Klaus!
What Veit Scherzer mentions in his "Ritterkreuzträger 1939-1945" (1st ed. 2005) is the following additional award facts if the RKT also received...
1. DKiG, Deutsches Kreuz in Gold and the award date.
2. NKG, Nahkampfspange in Gold and the award date.
3. EB, Nennung im Ehernblatt des Heeres and date.
4. AU, Anerkennungsurknde des Oberbefehlshabers des Heeres and date.
