Which edition is better to buy ,german or french for an english only reader?
Is there a german - English dictionary that would make things easier?

I don´t know of a French-English military dictionary, but Tom Houlihan has recently published an excellent German-English military dictionary. Since the book is about Germans, the German-language version would probably be more appropriate if you couln't read French. I'm one of the lucky ones who can do both after being married to a French woman for over 25 years!

Heinrich Warnick was a Panther commander at Kolomak with SS-Pz.Rgt 2 and his experiences were featured in Heimdal's 39-45 magazine (July-August 2007)

I've been in contact with one of the authors-Rüdiger.We both share common interest on SS-Panzerregiment 2, had correspodence and discussion on unit history and personalities. His grandfather was member of the Regiment and had quite interesting story.I've not chance to obtain a copy but there is no doubt the book is worth to buy and spend time on it.They consider the English edition-that would be good for getting touch to non-German/French speaking community.
